Who We Are

ClipFlow ("the App") is published by Abraham Oladotun Foundation NFP ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App uses, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the App on iOS and Android.

Summary

• No account or sign-in is required.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location.
• Your videos are processed on your device and are never uploaded to us.
• The App shows ads from Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier if you allow it.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Information the App Uses

• Videos you choose — When you pick a video or share one into the App, it is split into clips on your device. Videos and clips are not sent to us.
• Photos access — The App opens your photo library only so you can pick a video, and asks permission to save clips to your library when you choose to save them. It does not browse or upload your library.
• Video links (Android only) — On Android you can paste or share a link to a video. To retrieve that video, the link is sent to our video service, or for YouTube links, first directly to YouTube (Google). Like any internet request, this also shares your device's IP address. We use links only to retrieve the requested video and do not keep them or connect them to you. The iOS app does not send links anywhere.
• Clipboard (Android only) — The App reads your clipboard only when you tap the Paste button, to fill in a link. Clipboard contents are not sent anywhere else.
• Advertising data — Google AdMob shows ads in the App. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device information, and how you interact with ads. On iOS the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you don't allow it, you still see ads, but they are less personalized.
• Purchases (Android only) — An optional one-time purchase removes ads. Google Play processes it, and we never receive your payment details. The App stores only whether the purchase was made, on your device.

Information Stored on Your Device

Your settings, recent links (Android), and temporary video files are stored only on your device. They are not synced to our servers or any cloud service. You can delete them by clearing history in Settings or by uninstalling the App.

How Information Is Shared

We share information only as described above: advertising data with Google AdMob, and on Android, video links with the service that retrieves the video. We do not sell personal information or share it with data brokers. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Your Choices and Rights

• Ad tracking — iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Settings → Google → Ads), where you can reset or delete your Advertising ID.
• Photos — You can change or remove photo access at any time in your device settings.
• Your data rights — Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to its use. Because we don't keep personal information about you, most requests are handled by the ad-tracking settings above or by Google. You can also contact us, and we will respond within 30 days.

Data Retention

We do not keep personal information about you. Data on your device stays until you delete it or uninstall the App. Google keeps advertising data according to its own policies.

Children's Privacy

ClipFlow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
